Registration

All participants must pay registration fees according to the following schedule:

Regular Registration     US$ 670
Poster Registration       US$ 670 
Accompanying person US$ 250 (no presentation) 

Late Registration          US$ 790,     May 01, 2012 - Jun. 6 2012
On-site Registration     US$ 880,     June 25 - 29, 2012
 

* An oral/poster presentation is qualified for one conference proceeding.
* One registration is qualified for one presentation.

* Registration coverage:

  1. Sessions.
  2. Session coffee breaks & snacks.
  3. Poster session with drinks and snacks.
  4. Reception.
  5. Banquet.
  6. Scientific excursion (transportation and tickets covered)
  7. Suggested evening activities (only transportation covered)
  8. A few other related stuffs.

 

The registration fees are refundable less a ten percent (10%) processing charge if notice of cancellation is received on or before June 8, 2010, or less a twenty percent (20%) processing charge if notice of cancellation is received on or before June 26, 2011. Registration fees cannot be refunded if notice of cancellation is received after June 26, 2011.
